Droomusic.com is the website of composer/sound designer Drew Neumann.

This isn't a site where you'll find huge orchestral libraries that eat up terabytes of hard drive space, nor is it a place to find that perfect 200 gig piano with hundreds of velocity layers and tails you'll never hear.

What you'll find are rich and playable "found" sounds, inventions, field recordings and experiments, and a trip through the world of synthesis. You will find &ldquot;real&rdquot; or ethnic instruments, but many of these sounds are made of sources that would not be playable as instruments any other way - tubes dragged along carpet, resynthesized water noises, metal pipes, exotic monster synthesizers, and even hand drawn sounds.

Along with sampled Kontakt (v3.1 and above) sounds, you will also find patches for several popular plug-ins, including those native to Logic.

Nothing here is going to be expensive and you can audition every sound before you purchase, so there's no guesswork about what you're getting. We want to provide imaginative sounds that won't kill your computer or your bank account. Sounds are offered as download only to keep the price down and are intentionally small to make download times reasonable. Big sounds don't have to be big!

Sounds are also provided without the hassles of authorization. We know that we can't stop piracy, and even companies that use complex copy protection schemes face problems with this, but we don't want to inconvenience honest paying customers. As a licensed purchaser (terms and conditions), your purchase receipts are the only registration you need to use these sounds in your productions.
